The invention aims to further improve the packaging and application devices and in particular the dewatering members equipping such devices, and it achieves this through a packaging device and application comprising: i. a container containing a cosmetic product to be applied, an applicator for taking the product contained in the container, comprising an applicator member for applying the product, the container comprising a wiper member for dewatering the applicator member at its outlet of the container, the wiper member having a flexible wiper lip whose free edge defines an orifice for the passage of the applicator member, the wiper lip deforming during the passage of the wiper member. application through the orifice, the wiper lip having in at least one cross section at least two sectors extending angularly about the axis X of the orifice, constituted by respective materials of different stiffnesses.
